CONCEPT IMAGERY
THE GAMECHANGE SPIRIT

BRING YOUR
AMBITION.
BRING YOUR
WHOLE SELF.

An original interpretation of the GameChange manifesto.

There is room to care deeply about your sport and about the person beside you. To work toward something difficult. To make a mistake, ask for help and begin again.

KEEP THE JOY.

Let curiosity and enjoyment stay part of the work.

BE YOURSELF.

Make space for honesty, vulnerability and your own path.

SHOW COURAGE.

Keep learning when progress takes longer than you hoped.

LIFT SOMEONE.

Bring kindness and service into the way you participate.

THE FOUNDING STORY

TWO PATHS.
A SHARED
PURPOSE.

GameChange Nation

PAUL McDONALD
& JACK BARIC

GameChange’s cofounders came together through sport, storytelling and a shared interest in personal growth. Their published account connects their collaboration to Thru the Tunnel, a book exploring lessons from football and life.

GameChange carries that interest into athlete stories and educational resources. It creates a place to explore the thinking behind participation: how people respond to difficulty, find meaning and contribute to those around them.

Based on the founders’ published account. The identity and imagery in this showcase are a proposed creative direction.

WHEN WE GROW TOGETHER.

01

STUDENT-
ATHLETES

For the game you play. And the person you’re becoming.

FIND YOUR TRAINING CAMP

Sport gives you plenty to think about: your place on a team, the next challenge and what comes after school. GameChange’s published student resources connect mindset lessons, reflection and athlete storytelling.

  • Explore a course topic that matches a question you have.
  • Use a story to start a conversation with a teammate.
  • Consider what your own experience could help someone understand.
02

CAMPUS
LEADERS

Bring people and possibility together.

EXPLORE CAMPUS PARTICIPATION

A conversation over lunch can be a beginning. GameChange’s campus material proposes student-led gatherings, content creation, volunteering and other ways to build a positive community around sport.

  • Bring a story or mindset topic to a group discussion.
  • Find a service idea that matters to your campus.
  • Help students share experiences in their own voices.

These are published program ideas. Current club availability and school participation need confirmation; no placement or benefits are promised here.

EDUCATORS
& COACHES

Start a conversation that matters.

EXPLORE TEAM CULTURE

GameChange describes a flexible pool of resources rather than a prescribed curriculum. Educators can choose material around the needs of a class or team, including reflection, group conversations and student storytelling.

  • Choose a topic before or after a shared challenge.
  • Invite students to reflect on an experience in writing.
  • Make room for different perspectives and practical next steps.

Published uses include reflection for college essays. The resources do not promise academic, recruitment or athletic outcomes.
